Send us your sketch, a photo of a clay sculpture, or even the simplest idea you've never shared with anyone, and we’ll turn it into a real, tangible Jigzy.

How to prepare a Jigzy for production?
- A Jigzy can have no more than four colors. If more colors are provided, we’ll select the four dominant ones and use only those.
- A Jigzy will always lie on its belly or back – this part will be flat for stability.
- All parts of a Jigzy must be connected – it can't be made of separate, unlinked pieces.
- A Jigzy will have moving parts such as the head, arms, legs, tail, and other body parts, but there’s no need to draw joints or connection mechanisms – we’ll create them based on the design and technical possibilities.

- The final Jigzy may differ slightly from your submitted design. Sometimes, certain parts need to be adjusted to ensure that the Jigzy is sturdier or moves better. We will always strive to replicate your idea as accurately as possible.
We can't create just the head. We need the full body – a complete drawing.
We can create a model with a maximum of four different colors. If there are too many colors, we will select only the four most important ones.
The photo must be clear and bright; we cannot accept faded or unclear images.
If the sculpture or photo is unclear, please clarify – provide a clear description and outline your expectations, as we may not fully understand the details just from the image.
The perfect design – clear and easy to understand: the entire body is visible, no more than four colors, and the photo is of high quality.
The design can be without colors, as we will select them; however, the full height and clear shapes must be visible.
How everything works?

- Purchase the Unique Jigzy service. You can do this in the next section.
- Once you receive your order number by email, copy it and enter it into the order form on this page.
- Fill out the form, providing the **Jigzy's name, order number, and your contact details** in case we need to get in touch with you.
- Attach a photo of your design (drawing, model, or sculpture).
- Send the completed form and wait for our response regarding the production timeline and updates.

What is a Jigzy and how should I correctly create it's design?
Jigzy is a moving toy, and its movement depends on the design and concept. A Jigzy can be anything: an animal, a human, a plant, or a fantastical creature. Let your creativity roam free and send us your unique creations.
Jigzy design – any drawing, sculpture, model, or similar representation that clearly conveys your envisioned moving toy. It's important that the design is represented clearly (not faded, well-lit, and legible) and easy to understand.
Why the price is so high if other Jigzy's are only 5 euros each?
Printing one large toy or 30 smaller ones costs the same – in terms of materials, time, and other resources. This is due to the principles of color operation in 3D printing.
Smaller colored Jigzys can be sold for 5 euros – as this price covers material and operating costs, and, over time, selling larger quantities will start generating profit once we cover the costs for labor, testing, and development. However, if we print just one larger toy, which may not necessarily be sold in mass production, its production cost is almost equivalent to 100 smaller toys.
Time costs are also significant. The design of one Jigzy takes longer than 12 hours, including test prints to ensure its quality and durability. This means that during this stage alone, we spend several days and incur higher testing costs due to the small production volume.
Furthermore, we don't have templates or artificial intelligence programs that automatically create your toy – everything is done by hand. The 3D modeler spends 12 hours creating your unique Jigzy from scratch, then tests, adjusts, and prints prototype versions to ensure perfect functionality.
When setting the price, we take into account that we are first creating a unique toy just for you. This includes modeling, testing, and single-unit printing, which is more expensive than mass production. If your Jigzy later becomes popular and is sold on our website, its sales will allow us to expand, create more toys, and pay the specialists who make it, ultimately improving our operations. Therefore, by purchasing this service, you contribute to a very beautiful and unique project and support the production of sustainable, unique, and calming toys in Lithuania.
Why do we sell your creations to others as well?
If we decide to sell your created Jigzy on our website, it helps reduce the modeling and testing costs. To create one unique Jigzy, at least 12 hours of work are required, followed by several days of testing and adjustments. Given the amount of work put into it, each unique Jigzy created is initially a loss.
There is also no guarantee that your Jigzy will be sold – it may not match our aesthetic or fail to attract buyers' attention, and therefore it may be removed from the website.
Finally, we want to do everything from A to Z in Lithuania (not shipping toys from China). Creating and printing toys in Lithuania is not cheap, as we have to invest in high-quality materials, modern equipment, and skilled specialists for every stage of production. Some of the main points:
- Pay salaries to specialists
- Purchase and maintain expensive 3D printing equipment,
- Fix and upgrade our studio and equipment,
- Rent a place for production,
- Pay taxes,
- Grow and develop our products further..
We could do all of this in China for much lower prices, but then we would lose the pride of local production. If we didn't offer the Džigzis for sale to others, the price of one unique toy would be around 500 euros, and for that price, no one would buy it.
That's why we chose a different path – we offer a much lower price than the actual cost of creating a Unique Džigzis, with the idea that over time, if it becomes popular, it will cover its creation costs, and may even become profitable, allowing us to continue growing and improving.

How long will it take to create a unique Jigzy?
We design a unique Jigzy within 12 hours, and its printing can take up to 24 hours. Additionally, we allocate another 2-3 days for test model printing, adjustments, and fine-tuning, so the total working time amounts to approximately 4-5 days.
Taking into account the logistical aspects and the fact that we have other ongoing projects and tasks being worked on simultaneously, the final Jigzy preparation time would be around 2 weeks.
What is your return or trading policy?
All Unique Jigzys are one-of-a-kind works of art, so their structure, colors, and appearance may slightly differ from the mockup or photos. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days, and we will find the best solution to resolve your issue.
Can you create a Pokemon or another famous character?
We cannot produce toys that violate the copyrights of other creators. However, if you'd like something similar, create your own unique and creative design – don’t call it Pokémon and don’t copy distinct features. If your drawing has only subtle similarities but is not a direct copy, we will be happy to create it for you!
