Welcome to Jigzy! To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we provide detailed terms for product delivery and returns.
Our products are delivered with detailed 3D models and photos of the actual printed items to provide maximum visual clarity. The scale of each product is shown in comparison to an adult human hand.
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Free shipping applies to orders over €50.
Items can be returned only due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Each item is unique, so color and texture may vary.
⚠ WARNING: Our toys are not intended for children under 3 years old, as they may pose a choking hazard or have sharp edges. We recommend using them only under adult supervision.
DELIVERY INSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
We offer delivery to parcel lockers via Omniva and LPexpress all over the Baltics: Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Shipments to other countries are made through registered post.
Delivery outside of the European Union
Delivery Methods and Prices
We offer several delivery methods, allowing you to choose the most suitable option:
Self-service parcel locker (Only in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia)
Price: from 3 €
The parcel will be delivered to the chosen or closest Parcel locker.
Once the parcel arrives, you will receive an SMS or email with a pickup code.
The parcel is stored in the locker for up to 7 days.
Package via post
Price: from 3 €
The order is shipped via registered mail.
Delivery time depends on the workload of Lithuania Post and the recipient's location.

Delivery Timeframes
🔹 Order Processing:
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
If the item is not in stock, shipping may take longer. You can find stock information on the product page.
🔹 Delivery timeframe:
Lockers: 1–5 work days.
Post office: 3–14 work days. Depending on location and postal efficiency.
⚠ NOTE: During holiday periods and sales, delivery times may be longer.
Important information
✔ Before accepting the parcel, check the condition of the package. If it is damaged, please inform us immediately.
✔ The customer is responsible for providing an incorrect address or other inaccurate delivery information.
✔ If you do not receive your parcel within the expected timeframe, please contact customer service: info@jigzy.eu
⚠ WARNING: Our toys are not suitable for children under 3 years old due to small parts and possible sharp edges.
Return Policy
🔸 Only items that are defective or damaged during shipping can be returned.
🔸 Items damaged during shipping must be documented and reported to us on the day of receipt – later claims will not be accepted.
🔸 Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, each item may have slight variations in color or texture. Such differences are not considered defects.
🔸 Items cannot be exchanged due to personal preferences, color, or size discrepancies.
How to report a defect?
If you notice a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ Include your order number
3️⃣ Attach photos of the defective item
4️⃣ Describe the issue
📌 If the defect is confirmed, we offer:
A new identical item at no additional cost
A full or partial refund
📅 Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the defect is confirmed and the item is returned.
⚠ Items damaged due to improper use are not considered defective.
